RULES
- 7X
table - seven is 0 and 0 is 7
- reduce
(get rid of) the excess sevens
- leap
year every 4 years, except 00 except /400
- must
subtract one if year is real leap year and Jan/Feb

century is the cardinal not ordinal
- speed
and precision are equally important but precision more so.
